Situated on the edge of Home Park, the Windsor Farm Shop is a thriving enterprise supplying a wide range of high quality produce from local producers. Much of the meat is reared on the Royal Estates and traditional butchery methods are employed; hams and bacon are cured on site, a variety of home-made sausages are available, as well as game when in season.
As Butchery Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Butchery section, including: supervising a small team, stock control, product development in order to maximise sales opportunities and ensuring the delivery of a first rate customer service. As part of the general management team, you will also assist with the day-to-day running of the Farm Shop. You will be experienced in all aspects of the butchery trade and be familiar with stock control, ordering and budgets and have previous people management experience. Excellent communication and team working skills, the ability to resolve problems confidently and efficiently, a flexible approach to work and a commitment to the highest standards are required.
