The Palace of Holyroodhouse, The Queen's official residence in Scotland, hosts around 250,000 visitors annually and our staff play a vital role in ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable visit. By joining our friendly and supportive team in the Palace, Café, or shop and ticket office on an 'as and when' basis, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with rewarding work experience in a unique and stimulating environment.
First class interpersonal skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude are essential. Ideally you will have experience of working in a retail/customer services environment, however, training will be provided.
